Een morfogenetische visie Acupunctuur kan ten dele worden begrepen vanuit een neurohumorale theorie. Sinds de jaren 80 is het ook mogelijk verklaringen te zoeken in de nieuwe morfogenetische singu-laire theorie. In dit artikel wordt dit gedaan in samenhang met de electromagnetische eigenschappen van de embryologische ont-wikkeling. Hierin speelt de polarisatie en migratie van cellen een grote rol; daaruit lijkt ook het ontstaan en de organisatie van de acupunctuurpunten te kunnen worden begrepen, als "organizing centres" in de extracellu-laire matrix. De halfgeleider eigenschappen van biologische materialen speelt hierin een bepalende rol. Acupunctuurmanipulaties zijn daarin te zien als regulatie van de polariteit waardoor de systeemintegratie wordt bepaald. Summary
D Kopsky Acupuncture and Embryogenesis Acupuncture can be partially understood in terms of a neurohumoral theory. Since the 80's it is possible to search for explanations in the new morphogenetic singularity theory. This article presents this in relationship with the electromagnetic properties of embryologic development. Polarisation and migration of cells play a decisive role in this; which may be pertinent also for understanding the formation and organisation of acupuncture points, as organising centres for the extracellular matrix. Herein, the semiconductor properties of biological materials are of fundamental significance. Acupuncture points can thereby be regarded as sites for the regulation of the organisation of polarities that determine living body system integrity. Key words
